We are an interdisciplinary group of researchers committed to improving forest fire management in Chile and the world. We address this challenging global problem through the development of quantitative research at the highest level and the development of technological tools to support decision making. We stand out for the use of the most advanced analytical tools in the field of forest fires, thanks to the different disciplines that are integrated in our team.
In order to contribute to national and international decision making, we have managed to strengthen ties with different institutions and centers. We have worked with them in several projects, as well as we have contributed mutually in the generation of data necessary to continue advancing in forest fire research.
